You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on perishable goods, custom/personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges
For exchanges, please return the item and place a new order separately.

EU Customers
If shipping to the EU, you have a 14-day right to cancel or return for any reason. Item must be in original condition with proof of purchase.

Refunds
